Tech Lead - AI and Analytics Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 6-10 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of AI and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern data architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI and analytics solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers and data scientists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and data engineering.
• Architect and build robust data pipelines and ML models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in software development and data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
