AI Engineer - GenAI, Agentic AI and MLOps

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and MLOps. You will be responsible for building and deploying advanced AI models, including LLMs and autonomous agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion models).
• Design and implement Agentic AI systems for autonomous decision making.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability.
• Conduct research and experiments to push the boundaries of AI technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI techniques (Transformers, GANs, etc.).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.).
• Proficiency in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services.
